Do you take insurance?

No. We help you identify the top specialists, then schedule and confirm your appointment. This service is not covered by insurance at all.

When is my appointment?

Your visit will be scheduled by the next business day! Your doctor’s office will reach out to you directly to coordinate the time and location. Please ensure your cell phone and email are correct as we need this to confirm visit details.

Does my new doctor take my insurance?

We do not collect your insurance information, and we cannot check this for you. Many of our doctors do take PPO insurance but may not contract with all plans. The best way to find out is to consult your insurance company about your specific plan. (Sorry, the insurance companies have purposefully made this opaque and impossible for us to handle for you!)

Do I need to have health insurance?

All our specialists offer direct payment options (cash visits). Some patients have elected reimbursement through a health savings account (HSA). Many of our specialists are contracted with Medicare and commercial PPO plans. Please contact the specific doctor’s office you are seeing or your insurance company for any questions about office visit charges.

Can I get a refund?

If Care League is unable to confirm your visit for any reason, we will refund you automatically.

After your visit is confirmed, refunds are not offered.

What is the difference between the single specialist and all access plan?

Your subscription to a single specialist offers you ongoing scheduling access via Care League to the single specialist of your choosing, but does not include scheduling for other doctors in the network. The All Access Plan offers you ongoing scheduling access for all doctors within Care League’s network.
